Dear Sir,
I would appreciate it if you deleted my monster entries on your site from the Ravenloft and Planescape sections. Had you actually asked my permission to place them on your site I might have been inclined to let you post them.
Although you have given a small blurb establishing my right as the author there is no link to get in contact with me and the attempt at protecting my right as the author was a weak one at best. Such a blatant disregard for the work of others will only land you in trouble. As I understand it many memebrs of the various RPG communities have serious grievances with you and the material you choose to steal. I am not the spokesperson for WOTC and could care less for their pathetic legal rhetoric or their second hand material they insist on publishing. The work I do is a labor of love for a hobbhy I enjoy. By posting my entries without permission you demean my work and the work of others.
I sincerely hope this is not an effort on your part to cause trouble with authors whom you know little or nothing about. I would hope that the accusations I have heard about you are false and that you have the good sense to operate a site without resorting to copy right infringement.
Whatever the reaon for your misconduct I hope that it can be resolved responsibly. The threats of litigation against you would most likely be dropped if you were more responsible as a webmaster.
Sincerely,
Spyder, Staff Memeber of http://www.realmsofevil.net

Allow me to add my weight to the comments posted by the creative team before me. Some of the articles you have posted on your site, namely some Planescape locales, were written by me and remain my property. Although you did place a copyright mark with my name beside it at the bottom of the copied work, the articles were taken without my express permission. Also, I would not want my works displayed on a site so associated with theft and plaigarism.
So please, remove any articles written by me from your site and remove links to my websites. If you request a list, I'll be more than happy to oblige.

Thanks for the info. We’ve been tracking this guy for a while. WotC is opening a lawsuit against him. If you see him again please let me know.

While I appreciate seeing fine material collected together, I understand that this material was collected without the authors' permission.
I have been notified that you have placed copyrighted material on your site without the authors' permission, and I see that you have ignored people's requests to remove such material.
I see that your site links to mine. Usually I consider that a compliment, but I do not wish my website to be associated with yours in any way, so please remove your link to my site, Mengol's Monsters for AD&D. If you have any of my material on your site, note that you do not have permission, and you must remove it.

The work on my site has been a labor of love and the product to three years of more or less hard work and inspiration. By taking articles that I have written directly from my site, it's like I've seen those three years of my life ripped away from me, taken, stolen. I appreciate that a large majority of my site has been removed, but articles of mine still exist on your site, especially in Planedom.
Please remove my material, as well as the material of the rest of the authors that are asking here. We're asking for our material back.
Thank you.

Sir -
I request that you remove all files taken from my website without my prior permission, including all monsters and articles written by myself, as well as illustrations created and donated by kind people who did not expect their work to be taken and used elsewhere without their permission.
I must support the statement of Jon Winter that it would be a more considerate and ethical option to link to pages that you admire on other websites, rather than incorporate them wholly into your own. Until you remove all files and replace them with such links, I cannot condone your site and would prefer that you not link to my own.
The loss of control over personally created work is very upsetting and depressing to those who created it, myself included. While you continue to have no concern for the rights of these creators, you should not expect sympathy when your own works are being attacked.
Sincerely,
James O'Rance
