WARNING: I take horrible pictures. You may receive headaches from looking at these blurry monstrosities.

Overall setup with lights on. The overhead light is typically turned off. The projector is resting on the wall unit to the left with its image bounced to the table below. The monitor is for my use during game, allowing me to make changes as we play.

Projector and mirror in use. The projector is an InFocus IN26+.

Projector and mirror with overhead light turned off (and chains hanging loose).

Suspended mirror. Picked up an 11x14 mirror and frame from AC Moore. Swag hooks, white chain, and cup hooks (for back of frame) from Home Depot. Made me pretty nervous at the start, with the suspended mirror and all, but it's very secure, and I can easily remove it when not in use. And the wife doesn't mind the white hooks in ceiling, since the plant in the previous pic is already using one.

Game image from DM's viewpoint. Due to the reflected image, I use keystoning all the way up on projector, and still it's a little convex. We aren't complaining. Image is displayed in Photoshop on second monitor using Ultramon.

Second session, now using a 1" grid pad from Staples instead of dry-erase board.

Better pics of the map.

The dark cloudy patch is my 'Fog of War' effect. As the PCs explored more rooms, I'd use the eraser tool to wipe away the shadowy layer.
